Please be aware of my waiting times which are currently a minimum of 8 to 10 months.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Placing an order. 

This can be done via the website using the contact form as initial contact.

Further communication can be via email or my Facebook page in a private message where you can discuss finer details.  Once agreed you will receive a PayPal invoice stating exactly what you have commissioned. In the PayPal invoice for the full amount you can have the option of paying a deposit of £50 to secure your placement in my list, which is non-refundable should you wish to cancel.  This is to  cover costs of materials purchased, transaction and or currency conversion fees and other general costs when preparing a commission.

Payment must be made in full BEFORE I start work.  If you have only paid a deposit, a reminder will be sent to pay the remainder before work on the sculpture is started. 

 

Changes to the final commission.

I work  hard to ensure all my customers are happy with my work and I am willing to make any small changes, such as minor markings, but I cannot make any major changes from the original request, such as change of position once started. Please also be aware that although I strive very hard to achieve very realistic results and to duplicate your pet as close as is possible with the medium of wool and it’s limitations, my art work is my interpretation of your pet.

 

Currency Exchange

All prices are quoted in UK Sterling.  If you reside outside the UK, your bank will exchange the total to your currency at their exchange rates.  Please note that payments and refunds are in UK Sterling and I cannot be held responsible for any loss due to currency exchange fluctuations.

 

Damage in Transit

I use Royal Mail Next Day before 1pm within the UK, International Tracked/Signed EU, International Tracked or Signed for the rest of the world.  Your sculpture is fully insured against damages in transit and every care is taken to ensure it is protectively packaged for shipping.  In the rare event it has been damaged in transit contact me immediately, together with photos of the damage and packaging. I will not be able to do anything without this proof as it is required by me and the carrier to make any claim. 

The item should be returned at the client’s cost if it is not acceptable and once received I will be happy to create another at no additional cost, but the lead time will depend on the commission list at the time.

 

Should you wish your item to be shipped by another company other than the Royal mail, please contact me for a price.

 

Damage once received.

Included in your package is a care plan which gives clear instructions how to care for your sculpture. I cannot be held responsible for any damage done, for example, by your cat and costs will incur to repair such damage should you want me to undertake any repairs!  Postages will be your responsibility and return postage will be Next Day before 1pm UK, and Int. Tracked/Signed for outside the UK.

They are adult collectables and should not be given to children and should be kept away from pets.
